LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

You will need 7 hrs of AIDS Education Training – no proof required with the nurse licesense application, but may be asked to provide for up to 2 years
*Temporary permits are issued when waiting to receive your permanent license. Other additional steps to receive permanent licenses must be in the process already.

If your nurse license is expired more than 3 years:
- you must include an active nurse license from another state
