COMPACT STATE
LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You must contact the board to request an application fee if you are currently inactive or have a lapsed license. You will also need to provide a proof of Infection control course every 4 years. RN’s can walk through the board to get reinstated. You will be given a letter of good standing.
