LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

- you must submit a confirmation of nursing employment form
- Submit your CEUs (the board will let you know if you are required to take aditional nurse referesher courses
