LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You must also complete the following to obtain your travel nurse license:
- If your nurse license is expired within 3 years:
- you must have 25 hours of CEUs within a 3 year time frame
- You must provide verification of all licenses held, current or expired
- If your nurse license is expired more than 3 years:
- you must have 25 hours of CEUs within 2 years
- You most re-submit fingerprints for criminal check
- You must provide verification of all licenses held, current or expired
