COMPACT STATE
LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If get your license reinstated, you must complete another background check if your license has been expired for more than 5 years. You must have proof of CE requirements and verification of former employment completed by your employer.
