LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To get your nurse license reinstated in Alaska, you must complete a notarized application with 2×2 photo. If your license is lapsed more than 1 year, you must also get a FBI background check.
You must also complete the following to obtain your travel nurse license:
- 320 hours of nursing employment
- 30 contact hours of continuing education in nursing
- 30 hours of uncompensated professional activities in nursing
