COMPACT STATE
LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT
Valley reimburses for state licenses with the following parameters:
- Valley is the first company the clinician is traveling or working for in that state (licensure only)
- The license was issued < 60 days of the clinician’s assignment start date
- Receipts are submitted to Valley within 7 days of the clinician’s start date
- The clinician completes a 13-week assignment with no fewer than 468 hours of work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can renew your license online if it expired within 5 years and the primary state of residency is not a compact state (an additional 5 hours of board approved CEUs is required or an additional 20 hours for non-active licenses).
If your reinstatement license expired more than 5 years and the primary state of residency is a compact state, you will need to mail a request to ASBN for paper renewal (be sure to include a self-addressed envelope).
Wallet license cards will not be distributed following renewal of license after 2 years.
